About Sandy Feet Retreat
Welcome to Sandy Feet Retreat, our three-bedroom vacation cottage in South Kingstown, Rhode Island, created as a comfortable place for families and friends to relax, reconnect, and enjoy the Rhode Island coast. We wanted the cottage to have the easygoing feel of a classic New England beach getaway while still providing the comforts that make it feel like your own home away from home.
Inside, you’ll find bright, welcoming spaces with plenty of room to gather, a fully equipped kitchen for meals at home, and three comfortable bedrooms for winding down at the end of the evening. Step outside and you’ll find some of our favorite features of the cottage—a spacious front deck with outdoor seating and dining, a gas grill, a private enclosed outdoor shower, and a backyard fire pit surrounded by trees.One of the best parts of Sandy Feet Retreat is its location. South Kingstown and Rhode Island’s South County offer a great mix of sandy beaches, coastal scenery, small-town New England charm, seafood restaurants, local shops, and plenty of places to explore. Spend your time discovering the beaches around Matunuck and Narragansett, visiting nearby coastal communities, enjoying fresh local seafood, or simply taking a scenic drive along the Rhode Island shoreline.
There’s plenty to do beyond the coast as well. The area offers hiking and biking, local farms and markets, restaurants and breweries, fishing and boating, and easy day trips to many of Rhode Island’s best-known destinations. Or skip the itinerary altogether and spend some time back at the cottage grilling on the deck, gathering around the fire pit, or simply enjoying a slower pace.
Our goal with Sandy Feet Retreat is simple: to give you a comfortable and welcoming place to call home while you experience everything this special corner of Rhode Island has to offer.
